Step By Step Institute follows a program model for all therapy enrolments. Sessions are booked and paid for in advance for each month, and the program continues on a rolling monthly basis.

During the initial consultation a general meeting with the parents will be conducted where parents can share the information & details about their concerns for the child, based on this meeting the centre manager will share a report by the end of the day which will include recommendation & suggestion for the assessment or program required based on the needs of the child.

Upon agreement assessments are conducted based on the information provided by the child’s parents and report given by the centre manager.

• Assessment will be scheduled depending upon the availability.
• Team meeting will be scheduled with in 1 week after the assessment and the reports/recommendation of the assessment result will be shared with the parents.
• Based on the recommendation the child can be enrolled for the service.

Relevant documents outlining our policies, procedures, general queries and other information will be provided to you at the time of enrolment.

• Based on the availability of the assigned therapist child may be able to start therapy services at any point. (If there is no available slot, they will be put in the waiting listed until the next available slot opens up.)
• Upon complete registration forms, monthly invoice will be shared with the parents.
• All monthly program sessions must be paid for in advance at the beginning of each month when you receive your child's program invoice.
